MALDEN, US (October 16th) - Aaron Feuerstein the CEO of Malden Mills, the inventor and major producer of fleece material seems to have survived his company's Chapter 11 bankruptcy. A Boston developer made him an offer hard to refuse: $100 million in lieu for the right to built 600 rental homes on the site of a disused factory in Lawrence, Mass.(MH)
