Kelme and Domina Vacanze too late

LAUSANNE, Switzerland (January 12th) - Professional Road race teams Elite I Kelme (Spain) and Domina Vacanze (Italy) have failed to produce the required financial securities for the start of a pro team in time, so that they are excluded from competition.
