Is there a Future for Principia?

MAARSSEN, Netherlands (July 20) - Danish Principia is officially bankrupt, that much is now certain. At the moment the company has stopped trading and is for all intents and purposes closed, Offers on the name and plant were invited a while back, and as far as Bike Europe is informed, one offer is close to acceptance, being processed for legal compatibility. There seem to be some minor snags which for the moment are slowing the process down. The identity of the bidder has not (yet) been disclosed but we'll keep you posted of the latest news.(MH)
