VIENNE, France – Rigida rims of the Netherlands and Rovva, a French wheelbuilding company from Vienne, France, together bought the shares of Ouest Roue in St. Herblain near Rennes (Brittanny). Share distribution is 30% for Rigida, 61% for Rovva and 9% for the manager of the new company, Questroue-R. The new company, with 15 employees, has a capacity of 400,000 wheels per year.(OB)
