Swiss carrier and kickstand specialist Pletscher showed at Taichung its automatically resettable rear kickstand; the Comp ARA. As such auto kickstands are in the new EU directive 2009 78/EG for e-bikes capable of speeds up to 45 km/h; Pletscher has developed an automatic resettable solution based on its Comp rear kickstand.
The Comp ARA is available with a lead time of a few weeks. Pletscher also brings a new prism shaped rear carrier in trendy white with a black clamp.
