HANNOVER, Germany - The drive belt specialist ContiTech Power Transmission Group and the e-bike system manufacturer Benchmark Drives, are joining forces to develop belt-equipped drive systems for bicycles, pedelecs and e-bikes.

We are now combining these strengths," says Rolf Marwede, head of the Polyurethane Belt segment in the ContiTech Power Transmission Group. "The bicycle industry is a globally expanding market that is becoming more and more technologically demanding. It is a market that we want to advance with our innovations."
