Massimo Panzeri, MD of Atala and Vice President of the European bike industry association COLIBI stated that: "The second EcoIncentive promoted by the Ministry of Environment has proved again the popularity of bicycles and e-Bikes among the Italians.”
“It is also a great opportunity for the Italian bicycle industry as a whole. Next to that it is also a fine example of cooperation between the Italians industry associations ANCMA and COLIBI-COLIPED with the authorities both in Rome and in Brussels.”
“We especially thank our Minister Ms. Stefania Prestigiacomo to have worked so hard with her specialists and staff at the Ministry of Environment to implement the EcoIncentive 2009 in such a smooth, easy-to-operate and professional way. Our hope is that the EcoIncentive campaign can be repeated in 2010."
