MAARSSEN, Netherlands (September 21) – After the recent bankruptcy, Principia has gotten a new lease of life. A Danish importer of high-end products has bought the company's assets. Plans are to re-establishes production, staff etc. in another location in Denmark. All past warranty claims will be honoured by the new company after it has settled in. On Eurobike the new people behind Principia already gave acte-de-presence. (MH)
