According to the report, hundreds of thousands of the mini-scooters have been sold, particularly in the west coast of America.”We’re finding kids of all ages hanging up their in-line skates and jumping on their Micro™ scooters to have fun, head off to school or work, or just get around,” said Chris Snyder, president and general manager of Micro™ scooter’s parent Huffy Bicycle Company. “The demand for this unique product has been explosive.” Engineered to easily fold to 4x7x 28 inches and weighing just 6.5 pounds, the cast aluminum Micro™ scooter is easily transportable. The scooter features adjustable steering height, 4-inch wheels with precision sealed bearings and a rear friction brake. Snyder adds that Huffy has been able to keep up with the high demand.
