AMERSFOORT, The Netherlands (July 17) – As from this month SRAM’s Customer Service Department in Amersfoort, The Netherlands, will take care of the purchase orders and will also be responsible for all other requests coming from RockShox OE customers. “Moving this service from the USA to Europe has many advantages but the most important being a direct contact when questions occur,” says Martin van Beek, General Manager at SRAM Europe, “It is good to see positive results coming out of this integration. The integration of the Customer Service Department will improve responsiveness towards our customers. By enhancing the level of Customer Service in Europe we will give value to our customers by offering a great product line in combination with a single point of contact for SRAM and RockShox order handling.”
It has been five months since SRAM acquired RockShox. The overall goal is to integrate both companies. SRAM is convinced that RockShox is the perfect opportunity to move forward in the bicycle industry for the MTB, Road and Comfort segment. (JO)
