MIAMISBURG/Ohio, USA (August 3) – The Huffy Corporation has been informed that its shares on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) could be delisted because the company’s market value is too low. The exchange requires that a company’s market capitalization be at least US$50 million over a 30-days-period. Market capitalization is the market price of a company, calculated by multiplying the number of shares outstanding by the price per share. In July Huffy’s market capitalization was only around US$17.48 million. End of July value was US$ 1 per share. (JB)
