Upgrade for Battery-free Reelights

The latest version of the patented battery-free and magnet-powered bike lights from Reelight flashes at a high frequency and continues for two minutes at stops. Reelights are mounted at the hubs of the wheel, while magnets are mounted on the spokes.

The lights come on when the wheels spin without any use of batteries. This lighting system does not cause any friction like traditional dynamos. With the latest product update the Danish company has strengthened its position in the market for bike lighting products. The new updated SL120 has a frequency of 200 flashes per minute instead of 120.

When you pedal harder the frequency is increased. Moreover, the light continues flashing for two minutes when the bikers stops, for example at a junction. All Reelight models are available in both a compact version for bikes with coaster brakes and V-brakes and an extended version for bikes with disc or roller brakes.
