The OCR cartridge system; a 2nd generation of single shock fork, an OCR platform system, as well as the Post Lighting System; these are all new technologies applied in RST’s 2013 OEM line-up.

The OCR cartridge system is to reduce the weight of the RST forks and will be presented in the special F1RST SE (Special Edition) series for Dah Ken’s 40th anniversary. This new suspension fork comes with 80, 100, and 120 mm travel depending on the fork height; in Disc or D+V and weighs 1.61 kg.

In its 2013 OE line-up RST’s 2nd generation single shock forks is using a needle bearing system in order to provide a smooth riding experience. The new single shock forks offer 35mm travel and weighs 1.15 kg.

RST’s new OCR platform system is meant to increase the pedal efficiency while riding the bike. It was already featured in the 2012 range, but for the 2013 line-up the OCR platform can be upgraded in all air spring forks in the AM & FR categories.

The new PLS or Post Lighting System stands for the front lamp bracket, integrated into the fork arch from the rear side and fixed by two bolts. A plastic cover is available to cover the open slot.
