Kross on Top of Brand Awareness List

PRASNYSZ, Poland – According to the latest survey by IPC Research Institute performed in March 2015, Kross is the most popular bike brand in Poland. Out of all the respondents asked about the bike industry, 11.8% pointed out Kross as their first choice.

“Last year Kross was still second on the list, but year the brand awareness of the Polish label is higher than our main competitors: Giant (9.9%) and Romet (8.1%),” the Kross spokesman said.

 Young and well educated customers

“The research reveals also many interesting details about our customers. Men (79.7%) choose Kross products more often than women. The company’s clients are young, aged mostly between 18-34 years and well educated.”

In the past years most of the respondents bought new bikes (78%) in comparison to used ones. According to Kross the number one position in the survey is the result of the company’s strategy of developing high quality products in combination with an effective marketing-communication strategy. During the last 25 years, company’s growth has been based on its innovation and employees’ passion for bikes.

Evolved from small bike shop

Within 20 years Kross evolved from a small bicycle shop into a leading manufacturer of bicycles in Poland. Currently its products are available in 43 countries around the world. KROSS is also involved in the development of Polish cycling with the sponsorship its own MTB team – Kross Racing team.
