New Interim Managing Director Appointed for Winora Group

SCHWEINFURT, Germany – Michael Kraushaar has been appointed as interim Managing Director of the Winora Group for a transitional period of about six months. He succeeds Susanne Puello who stepped down last March.

Supported by the division managers, Michael Kraushaar will take over the management of all Accell Group’s brands located in Schweinfurt; Haibike, Winora, Sinus and E. Wiener Bikeparts.

About Michael Kraushaar

Michael Kraushaar has been a management consultant and coach since 2010. As an external consultant he has been providing support on all management issues. Prior to that, he served as Managing Director in various companies and most recently as Head of Corporate and Regulatory Affairs Europe at British American Tabacco in London.

Until a successor for Susanne Puello has been found, the new interim Managing Director of the Winora Group will focus on the successful continuation of both the bicycle brands Haibike, Winora and Sinus as well as the company’s P&A business at E. Wiener Bikeparts; also known as XLC.

He will be supported by Winora’s existing management team; Sales Director Steffen Alberth, Export Manager Bernd Lesch, Finance Director Karl-Heinz Then, Operations Manager Thomas Bauer and E. Wiener Bike Parts’ Manager Alfred Lutter.
