The company was established in 1953 by his parents. Dremefa was not only a manufacturer of road side posts, guard rail reflectors, car seats, baby buggies and components for the automotive and bicycle industry. Drexler’s Dremefa transformed the European children’s bicycle seat market with the introduction of Bobike as a new and innovative brand for child bicycle seats. It turned into a powerful brand with a market leader position. After a stormy period for Dremefa, after 60 years, Bobike moved into Portuguese hands and received a new future at Polisport.
