ESSEN, Germany (21 December) – Starting 2001, Reiner Brendicke has been appointed as the new general executive manager of the German Motorcycle Industry Association (IVM). Brendicke succeeds Hubert Koch who will leave this month. 42 year old Brendicke
was elected on the yearly IVM general meeting on December 7th. Until now Reiner Brendicke was leading the German Institute for Two Wheeler Security (IfZ). That’s where his career started in 1984. In 1991 Brendicke became head of IFZ.(JB)
