The recall contains all model year 2011 through 2015 Flash, FSi , F-4, F-5, F-29, Lexi, RZ, Scalpel and Trigger Cannondale mountain bikes, with OPI stem/steering tube assemblies. ‘OPI’ is printed diagonally across the stem/steering tube in black letters.

Cannondale has not received any reports of incidents but tests showed that the Taiwan made stem/steering tube assemblies can fail. Consumers should contact their dealer for a free assembly of a locking reinforcement wedge.
