台灣，台北 - 外貿協會將在台北國際自行車展的第二天，舉辦台北國際電能論壇 - 電動二輪車研討會。由工研院及台灣電池協會主辦的本次活動，主要討論置換電池業務LEV之全球市場、電池交換業務，以及鋰電池事故的預防和治療。
來自於輕型電動車協會（LEVA）Hero Electric India的Naveen Munjal及光陽的柯光峯等演講嘉賓，屆時將出席上午的研討會議。
台北國際電能論壇（TPF）將於3月8日在台北世貿南港展覽館401室舉行。為建立一個順暢的溝通平台，大會將同時提供中文和英文翻譯。
