BREMEN, Germany (February 19th) - The first European congress for the European bicycle business will open its doors soon. Bike.market.future is taking place on Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 February in the Bremen Congress Centre, Germany. The programme of the congress is very promising and will be presented by high-profile speakers. Accell CEO, René Takens will present his view on the importance of bicycle brands for the business. Nethub President, Alain Goetzmann, will explain his vision on bicycle retailers' organizations based on his experience with Bouticycle. Other reputed speakers who come from outside the bicycle business will talk about how to make service successful, how to interact with customers and how the banks are to change their financing system. Bike.market.future is a combination of a trade congress, a trade show and a public show in one venue. The main objective of the event is to encourage networking within the bicycle business. The Bremen exhibition centre is an ultramodern congenial venue where you can talk and negotiate at your leisure. The congress centre and the business lounge are fully reserved to trade visitors. On Saturday evening you can wind down and have some fun at a party with the inevitable Becks' beer. At www.bikecongress.com you will find all programme details, practical information and an on-line registration form. You can also phone Ulrike Saade from Velokonzept at 00.49.30-612.16.74 or Annick Roetynck from ETRA at 00.32.9-233.60.05 for further enquiries. Bike Europe is the media partner of the event. See you in Bremen! (JO)
