China Guangzhou International Bicycle Exhibition

Guangzhou, China (May 25) - The China Chamber of Commerce, the China Foreign Trade Center and the Guangdong Department of Foreign Trade will organize an international bicycle show in November 2004. It will be staged in Guangzhou (Canton), which is in the capital city of what is generally called the Shenzhen bicycle area. Most Shenzhen manufacturers have signed up, but also companies from nearby Vietnam, from the Shanghai and Kunshan area and companies from the north of China (Tianjin), plus foreign companies from Japan, India, Pakistan and various European countries. The organizers, who also do the annual Canton Fair (largest sales fair in China, third largest worldwide, since 1957) have the experience to organize large-scale exhibitions. For this first Bicycle Exposition they aim at 1000 stands. Available show ground is 22,000 m2. The surrounding program contains various demonstrations, tryout areas and business symposia. The organizers offer all facilities. Guangzhou is within easy reach from Hongkong or Macau int’l airports.
