LAS VEGAS, US ( Oct 3) - Speculation was rife at the IFMA, but now it has been confirmed: Raleigh Cycle has sold its Germany subsidiary to a German investment firm.
The investment firm, Finatem II Beteiligungsgesellschaft, specializes in investing in medium-sized German companies.
Derby Germany holds the licenses for Diamondback in continental Europe, and Raleigh for Austria, Germany and Switzerland. It also owns the Univega and Focus brands.
