LAS VEGAS, USA - At Interbike Shimano launched its in Europe highly successful AfterMarket brand PRO to the US Market. It is the first non Shimano branded product line sold and marketed by Shimano American Corporation. Other news from PRO is that it has signed a 3 year contract as handle bar and stem supplier with the leading French pro tour team Francaise des Jeux.
Next to the USA the PRO products will also be available in Canada. The product line that was selected for North America offers the possibility to build up bikes completely with products delivered by Shimano America and Shimano Canada. With the addition of the Italian, American and Canadian market PRO is now distributed in 36 countries.
