TIANJIN, China – Tianjin Golden Wheel formed a joint venture with a company called Rich Sport Rumania to set up a factory in Rumania. Capacity of the plant will run up to 400,000 bikes per year and sales is focused on Supermarkets, DIY stores and sporting goods suppliers in Western Europe. Most of the factory equipment and part of the operators is to come from China. A date for the opening of the new facility is not yet set.
