MÜLLHEIM/BADEN, Germany – Rumours on this year’s Taipei Cycle Show were now officially confirmed by Swiss two wheeler powerhouse Hostettler GmbH.
Hostettler’s bicycle company Intercycle AG and the young German Hostettler subsidiary based in Müllheim/Baden will take over the exclusive distribution ship for the Taiwanese Wheeler bicycle brand in both Austria and Germany.
German sales and marketing manager Eberhard Beez will serve the market with five sales reps and count on service as Hostettler used it for establishing the Taiwanese brand successfully in Switzerland. Over there Hostettler alias Intercycle is distributing Wheeler as a nothing but IBD brand since 1987.
The Wheeler product line 2008 as well as the new (IBD) sales structure in Austria and Germany will be introduced on Eurobike 2007. (JB)
