比利時，布魯塞爾 - 歐盟委員會對中國製的座墊將於2012年6月到期的反傾銷稅，發出通知。這些反傾銷稅是在歐洲座墊製造商協會（ESMA）提出申訴後，於2007年6月份實施。該投訴得到了Selle皇家酒店及其相關公司Brooks England，Selle Italia酒店及其相關公司Bassano Selle；Selle SMP；ABI spj；Iberoselfle；Selle Montegrappa和Selle San Marco。這些公司共同聲明代表了當時歐盟99％的座墊生產商 。
該通知在上週由歐盟委員會在其官方公報上公佈 （2011 / C 257/07）。除非座墊製造商向歐盟要求複查，否則該反傾銷措施將於 2012年6月啟動。這樣的書面複查要求，從現在開始必須送達歐盟委員會的貿易總司，但最晚不得遲於2012年6月22日法規屆滿的三個月前。
據義大利自行車行業協會 ANCMA自行車部門的秘書長Piero Nigrelli表示，歐洲座墊製造商協會（ESMA）將於 2012年年初決定是否提交對座墊徵收反傾銷稅的複審請求。
