TAIPEI, Taiwan - Just 4 weeks after applications opened the Taipei Cycle 2008 is fully booked. Contrary to earlier expectations exhibitors have in great numbers booked floor space in the recently opened Nangang Exhibition Hall. It looks as if the first Taipei Cycle Show in the new venue is going to break all records in floor space.
The next Taipei Cycle – held from 13 – 16 March, 2008 - will present an unmatched number of 2,600 standard-size booths. This means that also newcomers will be given a chance to exhibit, next to the global players in the bicycle industry.
According to the show organizer TAITRA, companies as Giant, Merida, Ideal, Kenda, Shimano, SRAM, Maxxis, Topeak, Campagnolo, Fulcrum, Hayes, Continental, Colnago and DT Swiss are investing in larger booths to show more products and technology at the show.
Taipei Cycle 2008 comes with a series of interactive show activities and events, everything from cycling, industry seminars to workshops which all underscore the latest design, trends, innovation, and market regulations.
