NUSA DUA, Indonesia - The bicycle industry is presenting itself at the all important United Nations Climate Change Conference taking place from 3 – 14 December on the Indonesian island Bali. The Global Alliance for Ecomobility, in which the global bike industry is represented, will be officially launched there December 10.
The Alliance is showing the bicycle as a major solution for the climate changing problems as discussed at the UN conference.
Cycling Studies
To stress the role bicycles can offer in the struggle to reduce CO² emissions, the Global Alliance for Ecomobility has composed an information package with info cards for non-governmental organizations; reports and videos on the Velo City conference as well as documents on cycling in The Netherlands and studies on what cycling can contribute to the economy of African countries.
This information package will be handed out to participants of the climate conference.
