GELDERMALSEN, Netherlands – The Dutch industrial bike designers gathered last Friday to celebrate the new office of Van Der Veer Designers. The doubling of the floor space of the office had become necessary after this design bureau saw a rapid growth in number of clients and orders.
Van Der Veer Designers is known in the bicycle business through its main customer: Gazelle. In the past years they have done to whole range of design: from trend watching until product concept development. Van Der Veer Designers also contributed for years and years to this trade journal with a monthly report on the design and styling of bicycles and bike products.
Van Der Veer and his team of 15 people do not only work by order for Gazelle but also for other companies in the primarily Dutch bike industry like De Woerd, Lepper, Spanninga and Burgers Lederwaren.
