MADONE, Italy – Tire maker Vittoria Industries Ltd had taken over its US distributor BikeMine from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The company has been incorporated into Vittoria Industries North America, LLC which will combine the substantial international resources of the Vittoria Group together with the achieved distribution strengths of BikeMine.
With Vittoria Industries North America, LLC the tire maker that operates production facilities in Thailand through Lion Tyres, intends to increase its presence, activities and services of the Vittoria Group in both the North and South American markets.
This new company will operate in the same location presently occupied by BikeMine while also the present product range that next to Vittoria and GEAX tires includes BBB, Selle San Marco and P&A programs from some smaller brands, will not be changed immediately. Ray Hibdon, owner of BikeMine, will be a partner in the new company.
