Bethel, US - Jeff Frehner, CEO of the new-formed Cannondale Sports Group (CSG in short), left the company due to family reasons.
Jeff Frehner became President and CEO of the CSG after Cannondale’s takeover by Pacific’s Canadian parent company Dorel. He was also the former successor of Pacific Cycle founder and CEO Chris Hornung. Robert P. Baird, Jr., president of Dorel's Recreational/Leisure division (includes CSG and Pacific), will oversee operations at CSG on a temporary base and until a replacement is named.
“We are sorry to see Jeff leave. As the former President of Madison, Wisconsin based Pacific Cycle, Jeff and his family have developed strong roots in that community. He has found it difficult to accommodate an extensive business travel schedule and the need to be physically present in Bethel, Connecticut, headquarters of the Cannondale Sports Group,” explained Robert Baird.
