More on Troubles at Teschner Technologies

BRISBANE, Australia – January 13 Bike Europe reported on the continued troubles at Teschner Technologies. We named SV partners as to be contacted by creditors. SV partners informed us that:

“We were appointed as Joint & Several Administrators of ACN 121 694 924 PTY Ltd. (formerly known as Teschner Technologies PTY Ltd.; ACN 114 121 336 PTY Ltd. (formerly known as Teschner Leggera Co. PTY Ltd.) on Wednesday, 24 December 2008.

We note that both appointments were made voluntarily by the company’s directors. We refer to your article published on Bike Europe’s website on 13 January 2009. We request that the article be retracted or modified due to the following:

1. None of the Teschner Group of companies have been placed in receivership;
2. The majority of known creditors of the above company’s are related entities; and
3. The remaining companies, which form part of the Teschner Group, are continuing to trade and are not detrimentally affected by the Voluntary Administrators’ appointment.
