BRAUNSCHWEIG, Germany – Last March bankruptcy of Isaac Int. Ltd. will not affect the distribution of the bike brand with the same name. After three weeks of uncertainty on Isaac’s future, brand owner and frame producer Umfassend Corp. Ltd. has found a temporary partner to handle all international distribution, sales and marketing.
Umfassend’s new partner is C4C-sports GmbH & Co located in Braunschweig, Germany. C4C is wholesaler and reseller of its own brand Circle-Carbon trekking, fitness and cyclecross bikes. It has a wide experience in the handling and distribution of high-end carbon frames.
According to Umfassend this temporary partner ship will continue to take care of the distribution, handling of warranty and service until a final new distribution company has been found.
