Paul Lange and RST Intensify Cooperation
STUTTGART, Germany – The Taiwanese specialist in suspension forks Dah Ken Industries that markets its products under the RST brand name, is intensifying its cooperation with Paul Lange & Co; the Stuttgart, Germany importer/wholesaler.
Already since 1996 is Paul Lange representing RST in Germany while the two companies started a joint venture in France in 2000. This international cooperation is now further intensified by switching RST Europe from Rotterdam to Stuttgart.
The two RST Europe managers will be housed in the Paul Lange offices in Stuttgart where they will continue to run their activities as RST Europe. Next to sales and after sales service the RST Europe department inside Paul Lange will also in particular focus on collecting European market data as well as key indicators for customer requirements which will be feeded back to the company’s HQ in Taiwan.
Paul Lange will enhance its contribution to the market data and add the strategic dimensions as where distributors per country are involved. For OEM customers the RST managers in Stuttgart will act as liaisons with RST in Taiwan in order to guarantee a prompt service.
Paul Lange MD Bernhard Lange commented on the intensified cooperation: “I am convinced that new impulses will be the result of this take-over of the European representation of RST and that we will be able to further enhance the already high RST service-standard.” The intensified cooperation with RST is related to the ‘Spare Part Offensive’ Paul Lange recently announced for Eastern Europe.
