NEVERS, France – Look Cycle International, the company that tripled its turnover in the last ten years, is setting course for further growth. Recently the French P&A and bike maker signed agreements with Rossignol.
The licensing agreement includes Look Cycle International taking over the development of Rossignol and Dynastar branded clothing as well as the rights to the Look brand for all kinds of products except ski bindings, which remain under the control of Rossignol.
The aim of the agreement for the clothing business is reaching annual sales of € 40 million. In 2008 Rossignol’s textile activities generated a turnover of €11.5 million while in the same period Look Cycle International revenues reached € 32 million. The main synergy of the licensing agreement is expected with further development of a new technical and fashionable line of Look bike clothing, called Excellence.
