The shuttle bus service runs every 30 minutes from 8am to 8pm, departing from Splendor Hotel (Taichung Bike Week), calling at Evergreen, then Tempus / Landis, and then onto Freshfields-Ride On Event. It will take approximately 30 minutes from Splendor to Freshfields.
The Taichung city government also pays for visitor and exhibitor information services at each of the participating hotels, as well as for the Taichung Bike Week 2009 catalogue. However, the pinnacle of the involvement of the Taichuing city government will be the dinner hosted by Mayor Hu. This international networking event is free to all participants and takes place in the evening of December 8, at the Splendor hotel in Taichung.
