PARIS, France – Since a few years, the French bike market was confronted with two competing autumn shows, the Salon du Cycle and the R’Bike in Lyon.
Given the current economic circumstances it was clear this year that two large bicycle shows within one month was too much for France. Therefore AMC Promotion, organizer of the Paris Two Wheel Show and GL Events/Extra Sports of the Lyon R’Bike has agreed to alternate their shows as from 2010.
As a result of this agreement the planned 2010 edition of the Paris show has been postponed and the next one will take place in 2011. The next edition of the R’Bike will be held in Lyon in September 2010.
