We goofed. Bike Europe wrongfully reported in last week’s Taipei Cycle Countdown Newsletter 2 that the e-Bike test track is located at the former show ground of Taipei Cycle. However, this ExtraEnergy Test It track is located on the fourth floor of the parking deck of the (new) Nangang venue of Taipei Cycle 2010.
The deck not only provides a huge space, but to get there, the drivers and their LEVs have to climb a 100 meter upsurge. While driving from P1 to P4, customers can get to know the true strength of the pedelec or e-Bike.
Another mistake made by us is in the fact sheet of the preview on Taipei Cycle 2010. This is in Bike Europe’s February 2010 edition on pages 6 & 7. Here it says that on the last day of the show, Saturday March 20, the show ends at 3.00 pm. Contrary to previous years Taipei Cycle 2010 will stay open two hours longer and ends at 5:00 pm that day.
