It takes place over seven legs and eight days from Sunday March 14 to Saturday March 20. On the final day the competition ends with its final stop at TWTC Nangang Exhibition Hall to connect with Taipei Cycle 2010.

The Tour begins March 14 with the Kaohsiung to Chiayi stage and ends on March 20 with the Taipei City Hall Criterium, 15 laps of a 4km circuit organized to coincide with the final day of the international bicycle exhibition. Around 20 teams will be taking part (five domestic and 15 international teams).
