ALKMAAR, the Netherlands - From 1st March this year AGU, the leading importer & wholesaler and accessories manufacturer in the Netherlands, started its own sales organization in Denmark. Next to the Benelux, the Danish market will be the second market AGU will approach directly.
In recent years, AGU operated on the Danish marked through importers. As this no longer fits the international ambitions of AGU the company has chose for a new, direct approach. AGU claims that this will bring more opportunities to significantly increase its market share in Denmark.
AGU has recruited a Danish sales representative named Hans Jørgen Hansen. Hans Jørgen has more then15 years experience in the Danish bicycle branch. AGU also offers Danish dealers an internet based 24/7 ordering & logistics service. AGU delivers from stock, which allows delivery within 48 hours.
