Kinesis Expands Alloy Frame Making Capacity via Alliance
GUANGZHOU, China – Well known frame & fork maker Kinesis Industry Co. Ltd. entered into a strategic alliance with Yih Cheng Cycle Parts (Kunshan) Co.,Ltd. (better known as A-One or Alico Kunshan).
Kinesis CEO Tom Jeng (photo) is through this alliance able to increase his alloy frame production capacity as Yih Cheng Cycle Parts will offer manufacturing resources and producing capacity for aluminum frames and front forks for Kinesis Industry Co., Ltd. GETDD in Guangzhou, China.
The two companies recently signed a contract for their “Strategic Alliance”. This contract stipulates further that: “Kinesis will offer the manufacturing technology and marketing resources of producing aluminum frames and front forks to support Yih Cheng Cycle Parts.” In return Yih Cheng Cycle Parts will offer Kinesis the “manufacturing resources and production capacity for aluminum frames and front forks.”
