Eurobike 2010 Takes Off With Demo Day
FRIEDRICHSHAFEN, Germany – On Augusts 31, the fourth Eurobike Demo Day will mark the start of the world’s leading bicycle industry trade show.
“In many respects, the bike industry works a little differently from other industries, most obviously in terms of the high degree of personal identification with the product”, says Eurobike Project Manager Stefan Reisinger.
“Many bike dealers are not just dedicated salespeople; they are enthusiastic cyclists themselves. So it is no surprisingly that Eurobike Demo Day has become so popular among industry insiders.”
Just like last year, Eurobike Demo Day will take place in Argenbühl, some 50 kilometres from fair ground in Friedrichshafen. “There is likely no other trade show location in Germany with a biking range of this quality right at its doorstep”, says Stefan Reisinger. “So, for many in the bike industry, it is a extra stroke of luck that Eurobike happens to be located in the tri-national area of Lake Constance, one of Central Europe’s most beautiful regions.
Eurobike Demo Day will be held on August 31, 2010 from 10.00 to 17.00 on the grounds of Ratzenried School in Argenbühl. It will be open to trade visitors and journalists who have registered in advance. Several shuttle busses will run from the exhibition grounds in Friedrichshafen to Argenbühl.
