Also published in the 30 September issue of the Official Journal is a reminder that the current anti-dumping duties on bicycles originating in Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand will expire on 13 April 2001. The Commission plans to reinvestigate the duties tagged on to imports from these countries and invites all opponents and proponents to send in their opinions. Reactions must be received three months prior to the regulation’s expiration date, or 13 January. (JW)
