BAGNATICA, Italy (October 17) - Bike Machinery has taken over its competitor Macchine Attrezature Speciali (MAS). MAS will gradually be transferred to the Bike Machinery premises in Bagnatica, and the entire MAS staff will be taken over. With this takeover, Bike Machinery is stepping deeper in the tube processing, which isn’t a surprise, contemplating that Antonio Colombo, founder and CEO of Gruppo (Columbus, Cinelli and 3T) is a shareholder in Bike Machinery.
