COLOGNE, Germany (July 24) - Shortly after Shimano decided on Cologne, other high-end brands Cannondale, Giant, Scott, Trek and Wheeler will be exhibiting their range of bikes, components and accessories at the IFMA 2002 show from 12-15 September in Halls 13 and 14 of the Köln Messe.
Frank Peiffer, Commercial Director of Shimano Europe, commented: "IFMA will be an important fair for us in 2002." The Cologne trade fair appears to be on the right track. "The IFMA 'Trends, Business, Fun' concept is working well as the annual impulse-provider for the international bicycle sector", says Regine Kalka, Vice President at KölnMesse GmbH. "Their participation is a clear proof, that we have been successful in our efforts." (FN)
