STOCKHOLM, Sweden (January 30) - Cycleurope restructured its Italian activities into two new companies: Cycleurope Italia and Bianchi International. The seperation into two different companies became operational in January.
Cycleurope Italia will cover the Italian market, and is focused on sales, marketing and distribution for bicycles, parts & accessories. Davide Brambilla has been appointed MD for Cycleurope Italia.
Bianchi International is a development company with an international focus. "In Bianchi International we will focus on international marketing and the development of our high-end, road, MTB and sportive products", said Cycleurope President & CEO Tony Grimaldi. "I am personally involved in Bianchi International while Davide Brambilla as Vice President, is focusing on International Brand Management." Meanwhile Romano Antichi left his position as Managing Director for F.I.V. E. Bianchi. (FN)
