US-TAIWAN (September 16) - The deal seems done: Dinli Industrial Company Ltd. from Taiwan has purchased the 'intellectual property' of the Cannondale Motorcyle Division. Since the demise of this branch of the Cannondale company it has been rumoured that some parties were interested in pursuing the designs and ideas laid down. Just the blueprints and the ideas are included in this deal-no claims to the Cannondale brand name are involved. Moto Assets Acquisition Corp. a divestment business formed by Cannondale's owners, Pegasus Partners ll, oversaw the deal.(MH)
