BIDART, France – To obtain additional funding for their long term strategy, Bike Expand has been listed on the ‘Marché Libre’ of Euronext Paris. “Our main goal is to become the European innovator in the cycling sector, within the framework of our founding strategy."
"We want to facilitate the use of the cycle, improve the safety of the cyclist and give access to the information to the largest number of people,” says a spokes person of Bike Expand.
The listing strengthens the development of Bike Expands subsidiary Oredon. This company is currently launching three innovative bike security products: FreeLock, BikeAssur and BikeTracking. Oredon is also exclusively distributing the bike lighting system Reelight.
On its home market France, Oredon aims to triple the number of selling points (approximately 250 as of today), and looks to be spec’ed by cycle manufacturers. For the international market, Oredon is working on a sales structure with distributors.
