FSA to Open European Support Offices

GOSPORT, UK - To improve customer service, Full Speed Ahead has started to open new offices in European countries, outside Italy where the company’s EU headquarter is based. The first of these new technical support offices will be handled by Russell Harding (photo) of Windave, FSA’s official UK distributor.

“Full Speed Ahead UK is an important step for our company,” says Claudio Marra, Managing Director of FSA Europe. “We strongly believe in this project and aim to open offices in other European countries. We take our customers seriously and hope that by offering this direct service we are providing what dealers and consumers want, which can only be good for the brand.”

Peter Nisbet, Managing Director of Windwave has been fully supportive of this project as he sees the benefits of a direct service in the UK. “Hopefully, this will be echoed throughout the rest of Europe.”

The FSA UK office will be fully operational this month. “We have always backed FSA since we brought the brand to the UK in 1992” says Peter Nisbet, Managing Director of Windwave. Windwave was also the first European distributor for FSA “We are pleased that FSA has chosen us to initiate this project in the UK, as we can see the benefits it will bring to our market.”

The service will be provided by Windwave’s staff, and the first reply on the phone will be made by Russell Harding who will be available during normal office hours, he can be contacted at fsa.uk@fullspeedahead.com.
