Yamaha started test marketing the EC-03 in the Netherlands which is to indicate of this light electric scooter could have the same sales success in Europe as it has in Japan.
Yamaha Motor Nederland recently started the distribution of the EC-03 at only one dealer in the Netherlands. Sales here should make clear whether Yamaha’s EC-03 is attracting attention and buyers looking for emission-free mobility. It is only available in a 45 km/h speed version. Including the Li-Ion battery the EC-03’s weight stands at a remarkable 56 kgs.
